Can I play music on the Sonos Roam and a Google Nest Audio at the same time?

Rather no. In wifi mode, you control the roam via the sonos app.
It could work with an airplay device, but the Nest does not support that, as far as I know. Bluetooth sharing from android devices would also work in theory, but the Nest device is not included there either. It is best to use only sonos devices.
