Can I only use DDR4-2666 RAM with this mainboard or also DDR4-4000, for example? I would like to install the fastest RAM possible without overclocking.

The mainboard supports RAM up to 4133 MHz. For RAM from 2666 MHz, the XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) must be activated in the bios so that the full clock rate is reached. Otherwise, the RAM will only run at 2666 MHz.
