Product details

The Asus Prime X299-A is the ATX mainboard designed for professional content creators and power users who work hard during the day and play harder at night. This powerful, innovative motherboard offers intuitive operation for advanced settings, allowing you to maximize performance, cooling, and personalization with ease. If you live for creating content, discovering new things, overcoming boundaries, and having fun, the Prime X299-A is the perfect motherboard for you.

Complex system tuning is made easy with one-click Asus 5-way optimization, which dynamically optimizes essential aspects of the system with overclocking and cooling profiles tailored to your PC. The Prime X299-A features the most comprehensive cooling control ever, configurable via Fan Xpert 4 and the UEFI BIOS. With optimized signal paths for time-definite transmission and minimal overlapping, the third-generation Asus T topology not only offers improved memory stability and compatibility but also supports memory speeds of DDR4-4133 MHz and beyond.

A dedicated base clock extends the overclocking limits of the CPU and memory, working perfectly with the TPU to enhance overclocking control for voltage and base clocks, providing the flexibility to extract maximum performance from Intel Core X processors. SafeSlot is the new PCIe slot revolutionized by Asus, designed to provide superior protection against stress and bending. In a single production step, the slot is joined to a reinforcing metal using a new insert molding method, making it much more stable. The slot is then firmly anchored to the board with additional solder joints.
