Can I mount a CoolerMaster 212 RGB tower cooler on this mainboard without the RAM sticks no longer having any space?

Yes, it works. I have the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 LED on it and it fits. You just have to watch the height. Depending on the case, it may be too high.
