Can I install this graphics card in the ASUS M32CD-CH027T (Intel Core i7-6700, 16GB, SSD, HDD, Win 10)? Can this graphics card be connected to the gtx 750?

You can probably install them, but I can't tell you if you have enough space to plug in 2 (I don't know about the mainboard).
So you will certainly be able to replace the 750
