Can I connect this monitor to a Mac? Do I have to buy a special cable or does it come with one?

Only one VGA cable is supplied with this monitor.

Yes, you can connect the monitor to a Mac. I can't remember whether a suitable cable was included. Probably a standard HDMI cable was included, but I'm not sure. Depending on the MAC model and year of manufacture, in most cases you also have to buy an adapter for the MAC (e.g. display port to HDMI). However, this applies to most non-Apple monitors.
