Can I connect the monitor with my Lenovo Yoga 720 (fullhd) then also get 4k?

You can connect it via HDMI but 4K is only possible with the graphics card. It depends on the card you have installed.

You can connect it, but you won't get 4K. The graphics card (Nvidia 1050 4gb) is not suitable for this (source: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5...).
