Can I connect 230V and a Philips Hue GU10 ? the cable is only 0.75 but it says 300/500V...
As the previous user already wrote, no problem...
230V does not mean that a lot of current has to flow, the 0.75mm2 is also sufficient for 50W halogen. 1.5mm2 are approved for up to 2700W, your Hue takes 5W or so... just for comparison.

Yes, connect directly to the 230V. And connect the GU10 lamp. I have converted my entire flat.
