Question about Dell D6000

Can I charge an XPS 15 9560 with the dock? There are also different statements here, on the Dell homepage the above model is listed under "developed for", but in certain forums it says that it only supplies 60W. Second question: Do drivers have to be installed (I don't have admin rights on the company laptop)?

My XPS won't really charge. The charging gyro comes up but with a warning that this is too weak a source. I always connect the stromadspter to it
