Can I buy a single controller as an add-on? Or do I always have to buy both left and right controllers? I would like to have a total of 5 controllers at the end.

Hello I bought a single controller because one of the controllers on the console would not calibrate.
It works perfectly. So your idea with 5 controllers also works.
