Can I also use the workstation with my MacBook Pro (2016)? What does the specification stand for in this context: Operating system compatibility Windows 10? Merci.

MacBooks generally do not work on docks that are not explicitly certified for this purpose. It was no different here when I last tested it with a MacBook Pro (2017) about a year ago. I think it is unlikely that the driver support or macOS has changed enough in the meantime to make it work, and would therefore go for one of the Mac-certified docks.
