Yes, you can. Connect the PC via Bluetooth.

If your PC does not have Bluetooth, you can also buy a USB stick to upgrade your PC.

The speaker itself does not have Bluetooth, i.e. you need a Bluetooth USB stick for both the PC and the speaker. Then it should work theoretically, but I haven't managed it practically yet.
