Yes, you can make calls with this plan as it includes the "Postpaid, Voice" subscription type.
When using a MultiSIM in Scandinavia, it is possible to use it for hotspot, as MultiSIMs can be used without hotspot or WLAN. The first MultiSIM is free for one year, after which it costs CHF 5 per month.
