Can I also connect this USB stick to the normal radio because a 256gb is probably too big from what I've heard.

It depends a lot on what your radio supports and how you format your stick.
The default formatting of this stick is either exFAT or NTFS (I think it was the former when I bought it).

If your radio only supports FAT32, you'll need to format the stick with an appropriate tool. I'm not sure if you can do this with "DISKPART" or not. However, you can do this with Powershell (as admin) ( format /FS:FAT32 X: ).

However, it would hurt me personally to format such a stick with FAT32 ;-)

Is there a specific reason why you want this stick for your radio? The storage space? Don't get me wrong, the stick is great. I just wonder if it doesn't make more sense to use a "normal" stick. With this one, you're already in the high-end segment, so to speak. For just playing music on the radio, it's a bit overkill :-)

Is there a reason or need that you need a stick of this size on the radio? I use this stick for "data transport" to friends and family and I am very satisfied with the capacity and transfer rate. An alternative for your radio: Sandisk Ultra Fit V2 (64GB, USB 3.0) I use it for my car radio because it doesn't have as much memory but is smaller (the size of a thumbnail) ;-)
