can i also connect this cam to a microphone (headphones), as i don't like to hear the wind from motorcycling :)?

No; both the cam and the accessories (waterproof housing) do not support audio outputs.
I can't say whether you can tinker with something via USB.
Basically, the wind noise is somewhat dampened by the housing.
But for the price, you can't expect audiophile highlights.
