Question about Dell USB-C to
Can HDMI out (external monitor) and at the same time still a USB 2 device (input device) be used at the same time via this adapter (connected to USB-C on notebook)?

I am currently abroad. The part has not been used yet, so I can't answer the question.
I have been using a very similar product with external power supply for 1 1/2 years, but USB and not USB-C, and I use it to power USB 2.0 and 3.0 devices and it works wonderfully.
Why not contact Dell?

Yes, I use this product from Dell and have used all ports (HDMI, LAN and USB) except the VGA port. They all work fine.
