Can anyone tell me what the difference is between this item and 17743461? Both have the same designation, only the manufacturer's number varies...

The monitor you mentioned is basically the same. (Same resolution, size, design, etc.) However, it has a slightly higher frame rate. This one has 240 Hz and the one you mentioned has 270 Hz.
