Can anyone tell me exactly the height (from the floor) of the pull-out and the middle level? Would be great :)

We were able to find the following dimensions:
Total (H x W x D): 107 x 157 x 70 cm
Upper monitor surface (W x D): 157.5 x 25 cm
Working surface: 152.5 x 45 cm
Extendable shelf: 148 x 45 cm
Distance from floor to top edge of pull-out shelf: 72 cm
Distance from the top edge of the pull-out shelf to the top edge of the work surface: 11 cm - keyboards up to 10.5 cm fit
