I have now installed the motherboard and I can't make Bluetooth connections, it says it supports Bluetooth and if it doesn't can I ask for a rebate? because I have to buy a Bluetooth card.

Neither on the Digitec product page nor on the manufacturer's page is the Bluetooth function mentioned (perhaps this was removed later?).
I would send your request directly by e-mail to digitec@digitec.ch.
