Hello Should actually install automatically and then work (plug and play). Otherwise, remove the driver again in Device Manager, then restart and it should simply install the driver under WIndows, Important plug in the receiver usb interface, Possibly also check in Device Manager whether Windows simply deactivates the receiver. Sounds to me like the battery is flat or not paired properly. If used for playstation5, I recommend resetting the usb stick and/or checking the settings in AUDIO CONNECTION in PS5 SETTINGS to see if the device is really connected/paired. If necessary, recharge the battery and reconnect the headset.
