Can anyone help me I built a pc with the cpu on the asus strix b450i gaming (mini itx) the pc starts everything lights up but I have no picture. Otherwise everything is fine but there is a red light on the mainboard. The manual says when the red light is on there is a problem with the cpu. I have tried everything with changing cables etc. I don't know what to do.

If the manual says that you have a problem with the CPU, then the question is answered yes. The mainboard would not notice if you have a problem with the cables. Try to test the CPU on another board, otherwise send it back and have it replaced.
