Question about Belkin Boost Charge Ladeständer, kompatibel mit QI-Geräten

Unfortunately, my iPhone 15 Pro does not charge on the charger :(

The charger always charges my iPhone 11 Pro Max reliably (even in the case). I can't answer the question about Samsung phones because I don't have one.

I use the charger with an iPhone Xs and it works as it should. The charging process also works with an iPhone 12. With the mini formats (e.g. iPhone 12 Mini as well as iPhone SE (2020)), the mobile phone must be raised slightly (for example by placing a small plastic block underneath: height 5 to 10 mm). After that, the charging process works perfectly.
