Can a Hepa filter also be used with this hoover? According to the filter description, they fit all Complete models - but I'm not sure... What is the difference to the Allergy model? Not apparent from the comparison...

Hi, we bought the vacuum mainly because of the dog brush, without bothering about any other details;
Fact is: the turbo brush doesn't work ...
Please clarify the rest of your questions in a specialist shop.
