benQ SW2700PT For the monitor calibration I need a calibration device. now I have read on some sites that the Spyder 5 is not compatible but only the 4. is that right?

Yes, you need a calibration device. Spyder 5 is now compatible, see http://www.benq.com/product...

There must have been a software update. I was able to use Spyder 5.
