Question about Dreame T30
Battery included? I bought a used Dreame T30 and unfortunately the battery was missing. The customer service wanted to clarify whether a battery was included in the package with the cordless hoover and let me know next Monday... However, this was too complicated for me and it's going back. Now I want to buy a new T30. Can I count on a rechargeable battery?

Yes, there was one when I bought it.
I was charged 10% for the return because the original packaging had been opened. It was a used cordless vacuum cleaner that had been checked and sealed by Galaxus. That was annoying, how are you supposed to know that there is no battery in the parcel? I was also frustrated and had to make phone calls and organise the return.
