Question about Lelit Victoria
At what pressure is brewing normally carried out here? The cheaper PL81T is supposed to brew at 11 bar because of the E.S.E. pads.
The OPV (OverPressureValve) can be set to the desired value. (Unfortunately, the machine has to be opened for this). The factory sets it to 9-10 bar, but it varies somewhat from machine to machine.
