At Digitec, delivery times of 10-12 days are given, at Apple 3-4 weeks. Will the iPhone 7 Plus really be delivered after 10-12 days? That would be much faster than with Apple.

The only difference is that the information is most likely only an estimate by the supplier and is not necessarily up to date. If the device is not already in stock somewhere at the supplier, it is rather unlikely that the product will be available here sooner than at Apple.
