Are you sure that they include the right accessories? Have you already checked the package contents and did you find the described Twister XL SBB 400-3 parquet brush in it?

Yes, both the parquet brush and the conventional, switchable floor nozzle were included with mine. The parquet brush is great: wide and very flexible.
