Are you serious? Stop these bots already! You favour scalpers! Digitec Galaxus just can't do it with consoles!!! Still no reservations possible despite dozens of requests! Now for my question: Where can I submit my complaint to the manager/responsible person? And question 2: Who would like to participate in a collective complaint? Get in touch here! I'm looking for at least 1000 people who feel the same way I do and want to do something about it! Where is the justice for the end consumer? Digitec Galaxus cannot and must not go on like this!

If you have tried in vain to order an Xbox, we are very sorry and would like to apologise for the confusion caused by the release date. However, bots have nothing to do with it, on the contrary, the deposited date served us to fight against this very problem. We have written a statement that goes into more detail about this issue.
