Are they compatible with the Denon AVR X2200W ?

If I'm not mistaken, the Heos is only integrated in AVRs with an H at the end.
I myself have an AVR-X4400H and AVR-X2400H where it works for sure (with certain restrictions for the zones).
With yours, you will almost certainly need a Heos Link, on the Denon homepage they advertise a 30% discount on the Link when you buy the AVR X2200W.

I don't know. I use them with the Denon HEOS BAR.

Thanks for your answer and the link! I think I would need the Heos Link in addition to the Heos speakers.... Do you see it that way too?

I can't give you a guarantee, but I think so. If you go to the Denon homepage and look at the bottom of your type in the section: Denon Heos Link, it says that the whole thing is compatible with Heos. And if that's what it says, I assume that you can connect it to your reseiver.
