Are they also available with a US layout or can you change the layout yourself?

Unfortunately, we only have this version in US layout in our range: Ducky One 2 Mini (US, wired).
This model lacks the arrow keys and the page up/down keys.
If you want, you can of course replace the keycaps yourself and put them in the desired place. The problem is that we do not have any replacement keys for this keyboard in our range. You may be able to find an offer from another supplier or perhaps you can order them from abroad.
