Are these the NX Snow or the NX Storm switches? Are they also available with the NX Storm switches?

They are the NX Snow Switches. I haven't seen the Strix Scope II with other switches anywhere yet. However, as it is hotswap-capable, any other (suitable) switches can of course be retrofitted.
