Are these RAM bars compatible with a Dell OptiPlex 7440 AIO? Could I really use 3200 RAM as it says in the manual, it says "up to 1600 MHz", or is this limited by the CPU (i7 6700)? By the way, the manual also says that a maximum of 16 GB is supported, but the CPU supports 64 GB and the memory controller is in the CPU, can I still install only 16 GB? Kind regards and thanks in advance for answers.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you whether the RAMs are compatible with a Dell because I have installed the RAMs in two Acer. One with an i5-7300 HQ and the other with an AMD Ryzen 5 2500U and the RAMs run great in both.
