Hello.

I have both headphones and find that the Penrose fits small heads better. It has extendable & adjustable ear cups, so it can be adjusted to "low"/"small" head heights. The cushions are also very comfortable. Micro and headphone sound are also better than the Pulse 3D.

Personally, I prefer to use the Penrose on the PC/PS5 than the Pulse 3D.

A clear buy recommendation from me.
