Both sim cards are 4G compatible. However, they will not be able to have it simultaneously.
By using the SIM card manager, you can determine which card is 4G and which is 2G. The manipulation is done very quickly
No. Only 1 card can work in 4G. And if you use 2 SIM cards you can't expand the memory with a microSD. It's either 1 SIM+1 MicroSD or 2 SIMs.
On my S7 the second Sim port works in 2G only
