Arctic Liquid Freezer II-280 RGB Black, can I install this on the ASUS TUF x299 Mark ? I have an old watercooling and no screws on the front of the CPU, the four holes for the plate on the back are closed.

In my opinion, this should work because the LGA 2066 processor is also mentioned on the compatibility list. I have installed this on an AMD Ryzen 9 5950. You can see all the parts of the cooler on the Artic website.
