Question about BenQ PD3220U

same issue here with a PD3220U, anyone know how to fix it, update firmware?

It was a known issue with the previous version PD3200U. Looks like the newer model has the blackout issue too!!!

Yes, sometimes.. not very often but it happens. I have a long cable from PC to monitor and was actually thinking that's the cause but now that I read your comment, I think it's related to the monitor itself..
