Am I too stupid to switch on the headphones properly? Only the right one reacts. The left one doesn't react to anything, no flashing, no charging, nada. I thought it was a defect and returned them, but now it's exactly the same with the new ones? That can hardly be a defect twice in a row?

1. Charge completely
2. place the earphones in the ear
3. If not automatically switched on and connected to e.g. an IPhone, press and hold the earphones until you hear an acoustic signal indicating that they are activated or deactivated. The whole thing can be controlled via the app.
