Question about Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Snapdragon
Am I the only one who has received this smartphone and had to make the following negative discoveries? - Suspicion that the original packaging had been opened (it had a "quality seal" from digitec on it). - Only one protective film on the back of the device and none on the front. - Quick-Start Guide and other paperwork in Chinese language - Immediately after switching on the device, Chinese greeting (operating system) I am curious about your answers!
If you bought the Snapdragon version, then it is also a model from Hong Kong, as this version is not available in Europe (only the Exynos version is available in Europe).
This phone was imported by Digitec at the request of the community, as many preferred Snapdragon.
But since no Swiss plugs are installed in Hong Kong, digitec probably opened all the packaging and included a suitable model.
Mine also had the quality control seal and chinese greeting, but so far everything is OK.
But I would be happy if d-tec announced this beforehand.
