Question about Philips LivingColors Iris

no dubist is not stupid: just put the batteries in the compartment (you have to get them open first, a bit special). when that is done, it beeps 3x and it also flashes 3x and that's it. after that, the lamp works perfectly. is the cable connected to the lamp correctly?! check that... otherwise, as I said, it's child's play ;-)

I have now tried everything. I also changed the batteries again to be sure. 1 lamp works perfectly, the other only lights up red and cannot be operated at all with the remote control. It doesn't light up and doesn't beep either. So it's the remote control. I'll have to take it back.
