Am I able to plug in the Logitech Unifying USB dongle into one of the USB slots and control my MacBook Pro that it connected via USB-C?

I also have Logitech Unifying USB dongle and keyboard + mouse with 3 selectable targets. The dongle controls the device where it is plugged in. In this case the monitor. Then on the keyboard and mouse it can be programmed another laptop by only with Bluetooth. I guess MacBook Pro can be controlled by bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Overall, there is no usb host device (nor this monitor, nor other PC-s), which would route the keyboard control to another device, through the usb router.
