After connecting the USB plug to the laptop (Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit), the mouse was installed. However, after finishing the installation, I could not operate the mouse properly. The pointer "bounces" uncontrollably around on the screen when I move the mouse and when I move the mouse upwards, the pointer does not go in the desired direction. I am happy to receive suggestions for solutions!
Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately the problem still exists...
This has nothing to do with the mouse. Apparently the drivers of the touchpad and the mouse interfere with each other under Windows 10.
I had the same problem with an Acer notebook where I upgraded from Windows 7 to Win10.
The only solution is to disable the touchpad driver if you want to use the mouse.
