According to the specs, the S10+ has 4100 mAh battery capacity. Why do all benchmarks and hardware test apps only show 4000?

On the manufacturer's page, the battery capacity is indicated with a *.

*The 3,100 mAh, 3,400 mAh and 4,100 mAh figures are typical values tested under third-party laboratory conditions. The typical value is an average estimated value obtained by taking into account variations in the battery life of the various test batteries tested under the IEC 6196 standard. The estimated (minimum) capacity is 3,000 mAh for the Galaxy S10e, 3,300 mAh for the Galaxy S10 and 4,000 mAh for the Galaxy S10+. Actual battery life may vary depending on network environment, usage pattern and other factors.
