Question about Denon Home 250

According to the product description, the Denon Home 250 has an integrated battery. However, I read in test reports that the device cannot be operated independently of the mains or that battery operation is not intended. What is true now?

Helpful answer

We were also misled by the product description and thought that the unit could run independently of the mains, but when we pulled out the plug, nothing worked.
It also has no ON/OFF button. Maybe we missed something, but it runs fine on mains power and the sound is good :-)
