Question about Philips Hue White BT Starter Set

According to the photo, the starter set contains the bridge, a dimmer and three lamps. However, under scope of delivery it only says 3x (of what does it not say)? What is correct now? And shouldn't there also be a network cable and a power supply unit for the bridge?
