According to the manufacturer's website, it can also do LGA 1700, but not according to the Digitec/Galaxus technical information. What is the truth now?

The only question is whether the mounting kit for LGA 1700 is already included with the cooler. Compatible in itself.
Unfortunately, I can't answer that question for you, whether you get a "freshly" manufactured cooler with it or one that is older than LGA 1700.
But I can tell you that the support team at be quiet! can probably help you out. I asked them for a replacement for an AM4 kit and got one in the post for free a few days later.
