Question about Logitech MX Keys Mini
According to the description, this keyboard must be paired with Bluetooth. Can't it also be connected to a USB receiver?

Here I read that the keyboard does work with USB receiver. But unfortunately only with Bolt Receiver. The MX Anywhere 3 mouse unfortunately only works with Unifying Receiver! It's a pity, because 2 USB slots are blocked.
No, only Bluetooth by default.
This also allows 3 devices to be connected to one keyboard.
