A strange surprise after I connected the monitor: the picture is not flat, but "distorted" (forwards). I tried to correct this via the screen settings, but it was not possible. Has anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution?

Could be due to the cable used. HDMI or DP?

I don't have the imagination to visualise it. Depending on the docking station, I have a vertical line offset - but this is actually not due to the monitor. Perhaps a picture?
