Why does this keyboard not work on Playstation 4? Our 12 year old keyboard works on the PS4 and this new gaming keyboard just doesn't work. It is recognised but cannot be operated...

The Genesis Thor 303 TKL is not officially approved for consoles such as the PS4. Although it is recognised, the special firmware or N-Key rollover may not be compatible with the PS4. A simple office keyboard without gaming functions often works better because it does not use complex signal processing.

From my own experience, I can recommend the following: Iqunix OG80 Wormhole (CH, wired, wireless)

However, this also only works wired.
