Question about NVIDIA RTX Titan

3 grand!? holy smokes... for a card whos RTX capabilities are available to what.... 4 games? as consumers we use to buy products that were 100% finished and tested.... then we starting seeing games that released nothing more than payed betas at best....... and now we are buying products whos features arent even available..... THE WORLDS GONE MAD I TELL YA!
